Welcome to Kaizenergy Solutions. By requesting a consultation, obtaining an estimate, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Kaizenergy Solutions provides residential and commercial solar energy services, including solar panel installation, battery storage solutions, EV charger installation, solar system maintenance, repairs, inspections, energy consultations, monitoring, and related renewable energy services. All services will be performed as outlined in the estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on the scope of work, property conditions, system size, equipment requirements, labor, permitting, utility interconnection requirements, and other project-specific factors. Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions, code requirements, customer-requested modifications, or additional work are identified during the project.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee where permitted by law.

4. Property Access & Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Additional charges may apply if restricted access, structural issues, electrical deficiencies, roof repairs, hazardous conditions, permitting delays, or unforeseen site conditions impact the installation or completion of the project.

5. Installation & Liability

Kaizenergy Solutions performs all work using industry best practices and applicable safety standards. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing roof damage, structural deficiencies, undisclosed electrical issues, hidden property defects, utility delays, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our reasonable control. System performance estimates are based on available information and may vary due to weather, shading, utility policies, equipment performance, and customer energy usage.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due according to the agreed project schedule. Late payments may be subject to additional fees, interest, or collection costs where permitted by law.

7. Permits & Utility Approval

Certain projects require permits, inspections, homeowner association approvals, and utility company authorization. Project timelines may be affected by third-party approval processes that are outside the control of Kaizenergy Solutions.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Kaizenergy Solutions reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services if working conditions are unsafe, hazardous, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for project completion.

9. Modifications

Kaizenergy Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
